Industry Development Of Tin Powder

wallpapers News 2020-12-24
Tin powder is gray-green powder with a melting point of 231.88°C. The boiling point is 2270°C. The relative density is 7.28. It is soluble in concentrated hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, aqua regia, concentrated nitric acid and hot caustic alkali solution, and slowly dissolves in cold dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute nitric acid and hot dilute sulfuric acid. Cold caustic alkali solution dissolves more slowly in acetic acid. It is stable in air, but tin powder is easier to oxidize, especially in moist air. Materials used in the electronics industry, used as high-purity reagents.

Production and imports

The natural reserves of tin in the earth's crust are 11 million tons, and the recoverable reserves are 6.1 million tons. In the first half of 2012, China's total refined tin imports were 13,581 tons, an increase of 183% compared with 4,805 tons in the same period in 2011. The increase in imports does not mean that consumption is picking up. Most manufacturers pointed out in reports that their sales are still declining, but domestic refined tin production is declining, and large imports have offset the pressure on production to a certain extent. The total output in the first half of 2012 was 70,157 tons, a decrease of 6% from the same period in 2011. The source of raw materials (especially waste) is becoming more and more prominent.

World tin resources are mainly distributed in China, Indonesia, Peru, Brazil, Malaysia, Bolivia, Russia, Thailand and Australia. my country's tin mines are mainly concentrated in Yunnan, Guangxi, Hunan, Inner Mongolia, Guangdong and Jiangxi. The reserves of tin mines in these six provinces account for 97.89% of the country's identified resource reserves. The countries with developed tin industry in the world are all rich in tin resources. The tin industries in Britain and Thailand have also been brilliant before, but declined due to the exhaustion of tin resources. At present, the tin production technology in China and Peru is relatively developed. The tin crafts in Malaysia and Thailand are world-renowned, and the tin deep processing products in developed countries such as Europe, America and Japan have obvious advantages. A world tin industry pattern has been formed in which developing countries mainly produce raw materials and developed countries mainly use deep processing.
